Peggy Durbin

Margaret "Peggy" Durbin, 78, longtime Moses Lake resident passed away Saturday, June 11, 2011 at home surrounded by her loving family. She was affectionately known as Blanch by her husband. Per her request no services will be held. Peggy was born February 25, 1933 in Bismarck, North Dakota, daughter of the late Everett and Mabel (Sutter) Miller. She moved to Moses Lake in 1948 and on September 20, 1952 was married to Dale Durbin. Peggy enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, camping, and water skiing. She spent many hours in her vegetable garden and loved spending time with her family. We will miss hearing dad say "Get in the truck Blanch."

She is survived by her husband, Dale Durbin; son and daughter-in-law, Mike and Roxanne Durbin; daughter and son-in-law, Dee and Tom Shaffer; son and daughter-in-law, Dan and Gina Durbin; 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; one brother and sister-in-law, Dick and Carol Miller.

Peggy was preceded in death by her mother, father, two brothers and an infant son, Ricky.
