Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of

Othello will hold a public hearing to consider a petition for

annexation submitted by the Othello School District.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council for the City of Othello will hold a public hearing to consider a petition for annexation submitted by the Othello School District. An open record hearing will be held before the City of Othello City Council on Monday June 27, 2011 beginning at 7:00 pm at the City of Othello City Hall, Council Meeting Room, 500 E. Main, Othello, WA.

The petition for Annexation contains a single parcel owned by the Othello School District and is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of 14th Street and Cemetery Road. The petition for annexation is available for public review at Othello City Hall, 500 E Main, Othello, WA during regular business hours. Copies of the petition for annexation will be made available upon request.

The City Council may make a final decision on the petition for annexation upon close of the public hearing or continue the public hearing to a specific date and time where they will review the record, deliberate and make a final decision.
