Notice is hereby given that the Grant County Public Hospital

District No. 5 is updating its Small Works Roster and Vendor

List.

Notice is hereby given that the Grant County Public Hospital District No. 5 is updating its Small Works Roster and Vendor List. The Small Works Roster and Vendor List will be used to solicit and secure telephone and/or written quotations for Public Works and improvements as provided under RCW 35.23.352.

All vendors, contractors, suppliers or other parties requesting inclusion on the Small Works Roster or Vendor List Shall submit a letter to the Grant County Public Hospital District No. 5, Attention: Clinic Manager, PO Box 1581, Mattawa, WA 99349 or call 509-932-4499, requesting the necessary form. Letters should include: Name and a brief description of the products or service offered.
