request from the Noxious Weed Control Board to increase their

assessment rates (RCW 17.10.240)

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD June 21, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA to consider a request from the Noxious Weed Control Board to increase their assessment rates (RCW 17.10.240) as follows:

Land Classification Current Rate Proposed Rate

Irrigated $ 0.20 / acre $ 0.21 / acre

Dryland $ 0.06 / acre $ 0.07 / acre

Range / Scabland $ 0.03 / acre $ 0.04 / acre

Minimum Parcels $ 8.00 / parcel $10.00 / parcel
