This Notice is made pursuant to RCW 11.62.010(2)(h). The

undersigned, as Claiming Successor of RICHARD E. SIMMONS, hereby

gives notice that the undersigned intends to claim from any person

who is indebted to the Decedent or has possession of personal

property belonging to the Decedent, such indebtedness, personal

property or instrument and, upon receipt thereof, to pay the

expenses of last illness, burial and related expenses, and legal

fees for RICHARD E. SIMMONS.

I, DUANE L. SIMMONS, being first duly sworn upon oath, hereby state as follows:

This Notice is made pursuant to RCW 11.62.010(2)(h). The undersigned, as Claiming Successor of RICHARD E. SIMMONS, who died on March 27, 2011 in Grant County Washington, hereby gives notice that the undersigned intends to claim from any person who is indebted to the Decedent or has possession of personal property belonging to the Decedent, such indebtedness, personal property or instrument and, upon receipt thereof, to pay the expenses of last illness, burial and related expenses, and legal fees for RICHARD E. SIMMONS. The personal property of the Decedent, which personal property is subject to probate, consists of the following: Beneficiary's interest in a Deed of Trust worth less than ($60,000.00) Sixty Thousand Dollars.
