Ronald Arthur Herger Sr.

Ronald, age 74, passed away May 27, 2011 at the Lake Ridge Solana Alzheimer's Care Center in Moses Lake, WA. Ronald was a gentle soul who was treasured by family and friends. He was born on November 20, 1936 to Oliver Arthur and Mabel Hosko Herger.

He spent most of his life in the Renton area, and then retiring to Ephrata, WA. Ronald worked as a salesman in the plumbing industry, and spent many years as a licensed plumber. He enjoyed sports, cooking, boating, bird hunting, and golfing

He is survived by his daughter, Kimberly Leach of Auburn, WA; son Ron Herger Jr., of Ephrata, WA; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

His daughter would like to express her deepest appreciation and gratitude to Ronald's cherished friends at Ephrata Foursquare Church, the caring and compassionate staff at Moses Lake Senior Living Community, and Lake Ridge Solana Alzheimer's Care Center in Moses Lake, WA.

A special thank you and much gratitude to Linda Brown and family of Ephrata, WA. Linda was an "Angel on Earth" for Ronald.

A graveside service will be held Friday, June 3 at 10:00 a.m. at Quincy Cemetery, Quincy WA.
