In accordance with RCW 35A.12.160, the following is a summary of Othello Ordinance No. 1346, passed by the Othello City Council and approved by Mayor Tim Wilson on the 25th day of July, 2011. The full text may be mailed, free of charge, to any person requesting a copy.

SUMMARY

The ordinance provides for battery charging stations within the city limits. It includes the definitions, vehicles and traffic provisions.
