Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial
Development & Conditional Use Permit)and SEPA Checklist
received by Grant County on June 10, 2011. Designated Contact:
Carston Mortensen, Storhaug Engineering, , Spokane, WA 99202 were
found to be technically complete on July 21, 2011. PROJECT: This
proposal involves the expansion and repair of an existing boat
ramp, asphalt paving of the areas up to the launch, removal of the
existing dock and boat slip and replacement with a new floating
dock and up to 100 boat slips.

Box 117, Grand Coulee, WA 99133 Designated Contact: Carston Mortensen, Storhaug Engineering, 510 E. 3rd Ave., Spokane, WA 99202 were found to be technically complete on July 21, 2011. PROJECT: This proposal involves the expansion and repair of an existing boat ramp, asphalt paving of the areas up to the launch, removal of the existing dock and boat slip and replacement with a new floating dock and up to 100 boat slips. The overall length of the dock and boat slips will be approx 497 feet. SHORELINE ENVIRONMENT: Conservancy. ZONING: Urban Commercial - 1 ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: WDFW Hydraulic Project Approval Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None known at this time. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code. LOCATION: The site address of the subject area is 57662 Hwy 155 N, Electric City, WA, located approximately º of a mile south of Electric City, WA, in a portion of the NW º of Section 16, Township 28 North, Range 30 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #40-2286-000 & 18-2286-000). All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code.
