Guild office manager promoted to loan officer

MOSES LAKE - Guild Mortgage Office Manager Sarah Bullinger was promoted to loan officer assistant this week.
She will be trained to become a loan officer, said Larry Shannon, Guild Mortgage's manager.
Bullinger is an 11-year employee of the company.
Shannon spoke of her "great people skills."
"She's done a tremendous job for 11 years as my office manager," he said. "She has a very vast knowledge of the mortgage industry."
Bullinger looks forward to working more with customers and building a great working relationship with realtors, she said.
When she works into the loan officer position, she looks forward to working more as a team with realtors in closing transactions.
Bullinger is a 1987 Moses Lake High School graduate and a 1989 graduate of Trend College in Kennewick.
She is married to Lyle Bullinger. They have two daughters, Trece, 26, who is serving in the Army, and Taylor, 15.
