NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL

BE HELD August 8, 2011 Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a minor

zone change application from Ronald and Bernice Stump for one

0.58-acre parcel from Urban Residential 4 to Urban Commercial 2, in

order to make the Zoning District of the subject parcel consistent

with the Comprehensive Plan Land-Use Designation, which was changed

as part of the 2005 Comprehensive Plan Amendment process.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD August 8, 2011 at 3:30 p.m. in the Grant County Commissioners Hearing Room, Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a minor zone change application from Ronald and Bernice Stump for one 0.58-acre parcel from Urban Residential 4 to Urban Commercial 2, in order to make the Zoning District of the subject parcel consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Land-Use Designation, which was changed as part of the 2005 Comprehensive Plan Amendment process. The site address of the subject parcel is 5958 Turnkey Road NE, Moses Lake, WA. It is known as Lot 1 of Turnkey Estates #1, and is located north of the intersection of Patton Blvd. NE and 22nd Avenue NE, and in the NW quarter of Section 4, Township 19 North, Range 28 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #12-1089-002).
