Cattle Producers of Washington to meet

RITZVILLE - There will be an update on the progress of the new meat processing plant at Odessa at the monthly general meeting of the Cattle Producers of Washington on July 13.

The meeting will be held at the Perkins Restaurant at 1604 Smitty's Blvd. in Ritzville at 7 p.m. There will be a no-host dinner at 6 p.m.

Other agenda items include status of the USDA Grain Inspection, Packers and Stockyards Administration rules. There will also be reports on the meetings committee members attended in the past month.

Also on the agenda are preparations for the annual meeting in October and committee reports.
