An ordinance amending Chapter 17.18 of the Moses Lake Municipal Code entitled "Binding Site Plan"

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which changes survey to binding site plans and adds the Treasurer's Certificate.

This ordinance, which was passed on June 28, 2011 will be in force five (5) days after publication.
