Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Plat application and

SEPA checklist received by Grant County on June 2, 2011 from

Pheasant Land Company LLC (Designated Contact: Royalanne Hector,

Todd Lolkus Land Surveying, LLC, 1322 Basin St. SW, Suite A,

Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-0135)

Notice is hereby given that a Preliminary Plat application and SEPA checklist received by Grant County on June 2, 2011 from Pheasant Land Company LLC (Designated Contact: Royalanne Hector, Todd Lolkus Land Surveying, LLC, 1322 Basin St. SW, Suite A, Ephrata, WA 98823, 509-754-0135), were found to be technically complete on June 24, 2011. PROJECT: A Preliminary Plat of approximately 269.89 acres to create five (5) lots from two existing parcels in the Agriculture zoning district of Grant County. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The subject area is located near the Painted Hills area southwest of Ephrata, WA, east of the intersection of Road E NW, Painted Hills Drive NW, and Road 13.5 NW, and in a portion of Section 29, Township 21 North, Range 26 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcels #20-0667-000 & #20-0668-000). PRESENT ZONING: Agriculture. PUBLIC HEARING: Planning Commission hearing tentatively scheduled at 7:00 pm on September 7, 2011, in the Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, International Building Code, and International Fire Code.
