An ordinance amending Chapter 12.40 of the Moses Lake Municipal code entitled “Street Construction or Improvement Reimbursement Charges”

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which establishes a reimbursement schedule for street improvements for a portion of Battery Orchard Tract 41.

This ordinance was passed on January 25, 2011 and took effect immediately.
