Ordinance No. 2604

An ordinance annexing property commonly known as the National Frozen Foods Annexation to the City of Moses Lake, Washington, and incorporating the same within the corporate limits of the City of Moses Lake.

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which annexes 2.67 acres of property located north of Wheeler and zoned Heavy Industrial.

This ordinance, which was passed on January 25, 2011 will be in force five days after publication.
