Notice is hereby given that a request for a Variance was received on October 20, 2010 from Daryl & Heidi Cusack, 7093 Lacona St., Othello, WA 99344, and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of January 24, 2011. PROJECT: The proponents seek a variance to GCC 23.12, Table 3, which states that the side and rear setbacks for the Rural Community Zone is 5 feet. The proponents have requested an east side setback of one (1) foot and a zero (0) foot rear setback. SEPA: Exempt. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: None known at this time. STUDIES REQUIRED: None. LOCATION: The project site is Lot 5, Block 5 of Marine View Heights, located on the south side of Lacona St. SE. In a portion of Section 17, Township 17 N, Range 28 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. Assessor's Parcel # 07-1331-085. ZONING: Rural Community. Required mitigation will be pursuant to UDC. OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Board of Adjustment Hearing, 7 pm, March 9, 2011, in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
