| January 25, 2011 5:00 AM

MOSES LAKE - A Moses Lake School District bus, transporting 15 students, was involved in a collision.

The bus driver was heading northbound on Division Street Friday morning, making a right onto Broadway Avenue, according to Moses Lake police chief Dean Mitchell.

A Honda vehicle pulled up to the right side of the bus, which was on a northbound one-lane road, said Mitchell. The Honda was not inside a designated driving lane.

The bus came to a stop and as the bus driver was making a turn onto Broadway Avenue, it struck the vehicle, according to Mitchell.

No one was hurt in the incident.

The Honda received extensive front-end damage.

The driver of the Honda will be cited, said Mitchell.

Moses Lake police did not have the names of the drivers involved before the Columbia Basin Herald's press time.
