An ordinance amending Moses Lake Municipal Code Chapter 16.02 entitled “Building Permits”.

The Moses Lake City Council adopted an ordinance which brings the amendments to the State Building Code into compliance with the requirements of the city’s insurer.

This ordinance, which was passed on January 11, 2011 will be in force five days after publication.
