CITY OF MOSES LAKE PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

    NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the MOSES LAKE CITY COUNCIL, at the Police/Council Facility located at 401 S. Balsam at 7:00 p.m. on January 25, 2011 to consider the following:

1.     A request by Americold for the annexation of approximately 38 acres of property located adjacent to Road N north of Wheeler Road and its zoning to H-I, Heavy Industrial.

2.    A request by National Frozen Foods for the annexation of approximately 2.67 acres of property located north of Wheeler Road and its zoning to H-I, Heavy Industrial.

3.    A request by Grant County PUD City for the annexation of approximately 23 acres of property located north of Kinder Road and east of Wenatchee Drive and its zoning to P, Public.

    Any person wishing to file for or against the above mentioned request may be heard at the above stated time and place.
