PUBLIC NOTICE THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR BUREAU OF RECLAMATION QUINCY GROUND WATER SUBAREA COLUMBIA BASIN PROJECT, WASHINGTON NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT:
The Department of the Interior, through the Bureau of Reclamation, in accordance with Washington Administrative Code 173-134A-130, proposes during calendar years 2011 and 2012, with respect to contracts for the use of artificially stored ground water within the Quincy Ground Water Subarea, Columbia Basin Project, Washington (most of which are individual landowners) to execute or approve successor-in-interest documents, replacement contracts, amendments for minor changes in the lands or artificially stored ground water described therein. The contract actions may involve reassignments, changes in the place or type of use of the artificially stored ground water. Any changes would be in accordance with the State of Washington water right statutes.
