Cougars remain unbeaten in duals

WARDEN - Behind five pin victories the Warden Cougars wrestling team remained unbeaten in duals this season with a 43-20 win over a fiesty Kiona-Benton team on Tuesday night.

Pins were recorded by Javier Tapia (112-pounds), Scott Henderson (140-pounds), Sam Suarez (145-pounds), Kenny Sullivan (160-pounds), and Gerino Luna (215-pounds).

Other Cougars victories were recorded by JP Martinez (119-pounds) who won 9-3, Carlos Gomez (125-pounds) that captured a 14-4 victory, Cruz Prundeda's (171-pounds) 7-2 triumph, and Matt DeLeon (285-pounds) who escaped with an 8-5 victory.
