PREP GIRLS BASKETBALL: EAST VALLEY 62, QUINCY 37

QUINCY - East Valley used a strong first half defensive effort to pull away from the host Quincy Lady Jackrabbits, 62-37 last night in CWAC play.

East Valley (11-1, 9-1) led 30-15 at halftime and rolled to victory behind the play of five double-figure scorers.

Quincy (2-10, 2-8) was led by Aurorah Davis' eight points.
