record public hearing for the following proposals

1) Applicant: Leo Heilman - A Minor Rezone of an approximate 1.91 acre parcel from Urban Residential 3 to Urban Residential 2 in order to reflect the change in the 2004 Comprehensive Plan Land Use Designation (File No. 10-5502)

2) Applicant: Grant County - Amendment to portions of the Unified Development Code (UDC): UDC 22.04.310 - General Standards, UDC 22.04.360 - Road Standards, UDC 23.12.100 - Road Standards, UDC 23.04 - Table 4 Mining & Mineral Extraction, UDC 23.08.020 - Accessory Uses & Structures, UDC 23.12.040 - General Development Standards in Urban Growth Areas (File No. 10-5513)

OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: Before the Grant County Planning Commission, 7:00 pm, February 2, 2011 in the Commissioners Hearing Room, located in the Grant County Courthouse, 35 C Street NW, Ephrata, WA 98823. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony. Copies of the application materials and the adopted environmental documentation are available at the Grant County Planning Department, 457 1st Ave. NW, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata, WA 98823, (509)754-2011 extension 620; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm-5pm, Monday - Friday. All persons, agencies, or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and/or appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code.
