Recycling project benefits the community

"You Can Make a Difference" is a recycling aluminum can project with beginnings in 2004. The proceeds from this recycling venture benefits the Columbia Basin Cancer Foundation to help provide services and information to cancer patients and families. This endeavor is successful because of the community support of those who are committed to recycling and donating the proceeds to help others in our area that are victims of cancer. Collection sites are located at Lakeside Disposal and Recycling, Moses Lake Iron and metal both in Moses Lake, and Consolidated Disposal Service in Ephrata. Thank you for the aluminum can donations and please continue to recycle to help people in our communities. All income from this project stays local.
