PUBLIC NOTICE

Bids for the “Port of Warden 2011 Street Improvements”, will be

received by The Port of Warden at the Port Office located at 201 S.

Ash St. in Warden, Washington until 12:00 P.M., Thursday January

27, 2011 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for

the construction improvements.

Bids for the “Port of Warden 2011 Street Improvements”, will be received by The Port of Warden at the Port Office located at 201 S. Ash St. in Warden, Washington until 12:00 P.M., Thursday January 27, 2011 and will then and there be opened and publicly read for the construction improvements.  Bids shall be in the form of, and as specified in the contract documents. 

This contract provides for the construction of two country style roads located in the northwest corner of the City of Warden, and includes roadway excavation, crushed surfacing, BST surfacing, drainage items, permanent signing, the installation of two eight inch water mains, including several fire hydrants, and all other items in accordance with the attached the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions and the Standard Specifications. 

Maps, plans and specifications may be purchased from the office of Western Pacific Engineering & Survey, Inc., 1328 E. Hunter Place, Moses Lake, WA, 98837, upon payment of the amount of $75.00 (non-refundable).

Informational copies of the maps, plans and specifications are on file at the Port of Warden office located at, 201 S. Ash Street, Warden, WA 98857.  These may be viewed Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 10:00 A.M. until 2:00 P.M.
