Kenneth M. Wedge

| February 25, 2011 5:00 AM

Kenneth M. Wedge, born in El Monte, California on August 21,1939 to William and Madeline Wedge. He was one of four siblings, two older brothers, and a younger sister. His love of cars had him working on and speeding around Southern California until his late twenties. Looking to start a family, he moved to Montana with his new wife and raised two boys. He relocated to Nevada in the late 80's, during the Las Vegas construction boom, where he worked, prospered and retired out of Laborer Union 872 in 1994. After retiring, he built custom wood furniture and turned that deep passion into a profession. He started a Los Vegas business called "Wedge Woodworks" with his youngest son. The business lasted for nine years.

He settled in Soap Lake, WA to enjoy a simple and quite life. Ken passed on partly sunny day on February 13, 2011.

A husband, a father and a friend too many. He will be best remembered for his sincere advice, donating his time to help others with remodeling their homes, and creating wood working projects he gave as gifts. His generosity helped and touched many. We all miss you!

His survivors include his wife Pauline of 42 years, sons, Dennis and Todd, brother, Lawrence Wedge of Buena Park, CA, sister, Lois Moroni of Mariposa, CA and grandson, Stefan Wedge of Littleton, CO and many family members and close friends.

You will be greatly missed by everyone, and I will see you again, I Love You, Pauline.

At Kenneth's request, there will be no formal services.

Arrangements are under the direction of Nicoles Funeral Home, Ephrata.
