MOSES LAKE - It has come to the Moses Lake School District's attention that there is a company or two using the Chief name to sell advertising on 'rally towels,' 'sport bottles,' or perhaps other paraphernalia without authorization.

Chief Athletics urges people to ask questions and use discretion before giving a credit card number or sending a check.

Many of these companies will produce a product, however the advertising dollars are not being given to neither MLHS nor the Booster Club.

Local support is appreciated and if authorized, it can be assured money comes back to the MLHS program.

The Moses Lake Booster Club authorizes seasonal programs that are produced locally by the Columbia Basin Herald.

Also, MLHS' Associated Student Body authorizes a Seasonal Sports Poster as well.

The official poster company is 5-Star Sports Calendar, and based out of Fayetteville, AR.

The ASB receives a bonus each season for any support it receives and   this is the only official poster.

If at any time someone is unsure if a fundraiser or advertising opportunity is legitimate, please contact the athletic department before agreeing to sponsor.

For any questions or more information contact the Moses Lake High School Athletic Department at 509/766-2666 ext. 2922.
