RELIGION IN SCHOOL

My name is Kassandra Wareham and I am a student at Moses Lake High School. The other day, I was walking in the school halls, when I noticed that there were posters advertising an after school club called P.U.S.H., or Pray Until Something Happens. Is it just me or isn't it illegal to have religion in schools? Sure, they're not forcing it upon you, but I thought there was supposed to be a separation of church and state. They're allowing us to have a club too, so I am hoping to start a GSA (Gay/Straight Alliance) club to leave religion out of the picture. There are enough places to worship around town. Why bring it to the schools?
