    A request by Odell Crittenden for the annexation of approximately 84 acres of property located in the northeast quarter of Section 4, Township 19 North, Range 28 and its zoning to H-I, Heavy Industrial.

    Any person wishing to file for or against the above mentioned request may be heard at the above stated time and place.
