The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 11-01 Amending Ordinance 07-06 Granting a Franchise to the City of Royal City Solid Waste Utility to Operate and Maintain a Solid Waste Utility in the City of Royal City. This ordinance was passed on the 1st day of February, 2011, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law.
