The City of Moses Lake requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) for the following:

      Services to study the current and future needs of a three mile section of Wheeler Road that

      serves an industrial area to the East of Moses Lake.  Based on the findings of the study, the

      consultant shall identify future situations, develop cost effective solutions, prepare cost

      estimates, and determine a timeline for

      improvements.

SOQ's shall include, at a minimum, a listing of similar projects and resumes for the key people that will be involved with this work.  All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Washington State requirement, and shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Washington.

The submittal is limited to 10 sheets (using both sides, and 20 pages total).  Additional information may be included as addenda, but will not be used for ranking firms.  Please submit SOQ's to Mr. Shawn O'Brien, PE, City of Moses Lake, P.O.
