The City of Moses Lake requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) for the following:

     Electrical Engineering Services to assist with the design and construction phases of various

     City projects.  Projects will generally involve electrical and control systems for water and

     wastewater pumping facilities.  Detailed proposals and scopes of services will be developed by

     the City for each specific project.

SOQ's shall include, at a minimum, a listing of similar projects and resumes for the key people that will be involved with this work.  All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Washington State requirement, and shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Washington.

The submittal is limited to 10 sheets (using both sides, and 20 pages total).  Additional information may be included as addenda, but will not be used for ranking firms.  Please submit SOQ's to Mr. Shawn O'Brien, PE, City of Moses Lake, P.O.
