and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears
to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other
applicable State and local requirements as of 12/19/11.

R SE, Moses Lake, WA 98837, and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 12/19/11. PROJECT: To remove three existing modular office buildings and replace them with a new 5,200 sq. ft. office building (4,800 sq. ft. footprint), remodel and consolidate existing labs on site, and a future 20,000 sq. ft. food grade plant. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: Building Permit. STUDIES REQUIRED: None known at this time. LOCATION: The site is 32 Rd. R SE, Moses Lake, WA, approximately 5 miles east of Moses Lake. In a portion of Section 1, Township 18 N, Range 29 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. ZONING: Agriculture. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, international Building Code, and International Fire Code.
