EPHRATA - Property valuation change notices were mailed to Grant County Property owners on Dec. 12, according to County Assessor Laure Grammer.

If you did not receive a change notice, the assessor said, that was because there was no change. Property owners, including those who did not receive a notice, have 30 days to appeal the values set by the county.

According to Grammer, assessed valuations reflect 100 percent of the true and fair value or properties.

Persons with questions may call the assessor's office at 754-2011, ext. 383. They may also call the clerk of the board of equalization at ext. 331.
