BE HELD January 9, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. to correct Grant County

Ordinance No. 06-179-CC passed June 26, 2011 which designated

Freshwater Estates in Moses Lake as a Firearms Control Area.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT AN OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD January 9, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. to correct Grant County Ordinance No. 06-179-CC passed June 26, 2011 which designated Freshwater Estates in Moses Lake as a Firearms Control Area. Section 2, T 19 N, R 28 E was listed as the location, when it should be listed as Section 11, T 19 N, R 28 E. Any interested persons may appear regarding these matters.
