ORDINANCE 11-05

The City Council of the City of Royal City has adopted Ordinance 11-05 Vacating Dedicated City Street Right of Way Between 813 NE Poarch Avenue, Lot 1 of Rock Creek Short Plat, 737 NE Poarch Avenue and 736 NE Hargraves Avenue in the City of Royal City and Establishing the Conditions of Such Vacation. This ordinance was passed on the 6th day of December, 2011, and shall be in full force and effect five days after the publication of this summary as provided by law. Any person may obtain the full text of this ordinance by mail without charge by request to City Hall, PO Box 1239, Royal City WA 99357, or in person at 445 Camelia Street NE, Royal City.
