Moses Lake attorney charged with assault

MOSES LAKE – The alleged brother-on-brother shooting reported in the Chronicle last week has resulted in assault charges against one of the men.
Moses Lake attorney Rolando Adame, 59, was charged with first-degree assault in Grant County Superior Court in connection with an incident on Dec. 8 just outside of Moses Lake.
According to witnesses, the incident was the culmination of a weeks-long feud between Adame and a brother who lives in the same duplex.
Witnesses told police the men were arguing again and that eventually Adame shot the brother with a shotgun. Police said the brother was struck in a hand, a leg and the lower torso with pellets.
