The City of Moses Lake requests Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) for the following:

Professional services to determine the current, 6-year, and 20-year Level of Service (LOS) for nine intersections within the City of Moses Lake. City staff will provide the required traffic counts and future growth factors for each of the intersections.

SOQ's shall include, at a minimum, a listing of similar projects and resumes for the key people that will be involved with this work. All work shall be done in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Washington State requirement, and shall be stamped by a Professional Engineer licensed in the State of Washington.

The submittal is limited to 10 sheets (using both sides, and 20 pages total). Additional information may be included as addenda, but will not be used for ranking firms. Please submit SOQ's to Mr. Shawn O'Brien, PE, City of Moses Lake, P.O. Box 1579, Moses Lake, WA 98837. SOQ's must be received or postmarked by 5:00 p.m. January 6th, 2011.
