I am writing this letter in support of Bill Bailey as Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District (MLIRD) director.  I have enjoyed a variety of aquatic activities on Moses Lake since 1975.  I have followed closely the work of the MLIRD and have observed many positive changes in the quality of the lake, especially in recent years.

Moses Lake is an ever changing aquatic environment that requires constant and continued attention.  The quality of the lake directly affects the quality of life that we enjoy as members of this community.  Bill Bailey is committed to making sure the dedicated professionals that make up the MLIRD staff have the resources necessary to continue the maintenance and improvements that are necessary for Moses Lakes' future.  He plans to do this while making sure that he is a good steward of the funds that are collected for this purpose.

Bill Bailey represents continued positive management of one our greatest assets in this community.  Please get out and vote for Bill Bailey on Tuesday, Dec. 13.
