I would like to express my support for Bill Bailey in the upcoming election for Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District. I've known Bill for more than 30 years and have always known him to be straightforward and up-front in his dealings. He is an independent thinker who will listen to the constituency and will formulate positions based on fact.

Bill is not a rubber stamp kind of guy. He is not afraid to ask tough questions in order to get to the bottom of issues. He expects a high degree of professionalism and will hold people accountable.

Bill Bailey is a solid choice for MLIRD director.
