Reader backs Bailey

I am in support of Bill Bailey's bid to be elected to the Moses Lake Irrigation and Rehabilitation District board of directors. I have owned property and lived on the lake since 1984. I have witnessed the positive changes that Curt Carpenter and his staff have made to the quality of our lake under the direction of the present and past board members. I believe that Bill Bailey will continue the established agenda of the MLIRD board of directors.
