Notice is hereby given that Grant County has postponed

indefinitely a public hearing for the following project: a

Conditional Use Permit Application and SEPA Checklist received on

8/19/11 from Andres Negrete, PO Box 2042, Mattawa, WA 99349); and

was found to be technically complete on 10/6/11.

Notice is hereby given that Grant County has postponed indefinitely a public hearing for the following project: a Conditional Use Permit Application and SEPA Checklist received on 8/19/11 from Andres Negrete, PO Box 2042, Mattawa, WA 99349); and was found to be technically complete on 10/6/11. PROJECT: The proposal is to operate a "flea market" on a 4.14 acre parcel of land in the Urban Commercial 2 Zone of Grant County. There will be spaces for 90 vendors. The market would be held on Saturdays only throughout the year. LOCATION: The site is located on the corner of 4th St. E and Broadway Ave Extended, just south of Mattawa. In S. 2, T. 14 N., R. 23 E., W.M., Grant County, WA. Parcel #s 15-0044-000, 15-0054-002. PUBLIC HEARING: The proposal will not be considered at the Hearings Examiner Open Record Public Hearing on December 14, 2011. When the proposal is rescheduled an additional Notice of Hearing will be issued at that time.
