Notice of Rescheduled Public Hearing

Notice is hereby given that Grant County has received a second request to rescheduled the public hearing for the following project: A request for a Variance received on September 26, 2011 from Don & Deborah Sciascia, 212 Pear Pl. So., Desert Aire, WA 99349 (206) 390-5866. This project was originally scheduled to be heard on November 9, 2011 and was rescheduled to December 14, 2011. At this time it is being rescheduled a second time to March 14, 2012. PROJECT: The applicant is seeking a Variance to the 20' front yard setback as defined in GCC 23.12, Table 3, in order to allow the construction of a 24 ft x 24 ft garage with a 14 1/2 ft. front setback in the Rural Village Residential - 1 zoning district of Grant County. LOCATION: The project site is located at 2l2 Pear Pl. S., Desert Aire, WA 99349, Lot 147 of Desert Aire #1. The property is located in a portion of Section 22, Township 14, North, Range 23 East, W.M., Grant County, WA Parcel # 02-0172-000 OPEN RECORD PUBLIC HEARING: This project will NOT be heard by the Board of Adjustment on December 14, 2011 and has been rescheduled to 7 pm March 14, 2012 in Commissioners' Hearing Room of Grant County Courthouse in Ephrata, WA. At this time any person(s) may appear and provide testimony.
