Notice is hereby given that a Building Permit and SEPA Checklist were received by Grant County on 11/2/11 from Chad Hoover Architects, PO Box 422, Kapowsin, WA 98344 and were found to be technically complete on 11/29/11. Grant County expects to issue a Determination of Non-Significance for this proposal and the Optional DNS Process in WAC 197-11-355 is being used. This proposal may include mitigation measures under applicable codes, and the project review process may incorporate or require mitigation measures regardless of whether an EIS is prepared. This may be the only opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of

the proposal and the proposed mitigation measures. A copy of the subsequent threshold determination may be obtained upon request. PROJECT: A 2,000 sq. ft. classroom addition to an existing 16,000 sq. ft. Church Building. There will also be 50 additional parking stalls added. ADDITIONAL PERMITS REQUIRED: Building Permit. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with the Grant County Code, International Building Code and International Fire Code. LOCATION: The project site is located at 357 Christensen Rd. SE Royal Camp, Othello WA 99344. The proposal is located in a portion of Section 31, Township 17, Range 27 East, W.M., Grant County, WA (Parcel #16-1297-010, 21-1297-000). PUBLIC HEARING: None. Copies of the application materials for File #11-5605 are available from Tyler Lawrence, Associate Planner at the Grant County Planning Department at 457 1st Ave NW, P.O. Box 37, Ephrata WA 98823, (509) 754-2011 ext. 620; office hours are 8am - 12pm and 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Comments must be submitted no later than 5pm on December 21, 2011 to the Planning Department. All comments should be as specific as possible and may be mailed, hand delivered or sent by facsimile. All persons, agencies or tribes have the right to comment, receive notice, participate in any hearings, request a copy of the final decision, and appeal the decision as provided by law and County Code.
