SEATTLE - A special session of the Washington Legislature opened Nov.r 28 for the purpose of finding some big-dollar, Christmas gift cards to plug the expected deficit in the state budget. Shortly before, the big boys, Boeing, Microsoft, and the association that represents them all, gathered under Gov. Chris Gregoire's window to sing her lovely carols of understanding and cooperation.
