Slim Denney

Slim Denney, 70, Moses Lake resident since 1982 passed away Tuesday, November 22, 2011 at home after a long illness. No services will be held per his request.

Slim was born Nov 29 1940 in Omak Washington to the late Schooler Denney & Myrle (Davis) Denney. He was married to Rebecca A Lawrence in October 1974 in Ozark Missouri and they had two children. Slim loved the outdoors, his animals and to travel and make new friends. He traveled the world by watching travel shows on TV and hopes to see all those places himself after the resurrection promised at John 5:28. He is survived by his wife Rebecca, son Micah J Denney of Alaska and daughter Regeina M Bermudez, granddaughter Mikaela and son-in-law Joaquin of Arkansas, three sisters, Carol Hankins of Wenatchee, Loretta Johnson of Spokane and Bonnie Harris of Mountain Home, Arkansas, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Donna Helton and two brothers Tommy and Ben Denney.
