CITY OF OTHELLO, WASHINGTON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Northwest Open Access Network, a Non-Profit Mutual Corporation in the State of Washington, has filed their application with the offices and City Council of the City of Othello, Washington, for a franchise to use city roads, streets, avenues, highways, alleys, rights of way and other city properties for the installation, maintenance and operation of such Communication and Telecommunication facilities as may be necessary for the operation of the communication and telecommunication system(s), including transmission and distribution of high speed wireless broadband internet services within its service area as authorized by law or contract to construct, acquire, operate and maintain in City of Othello, Washington, and all territory lawfully annexed to said City.

That the City Council of Othello, Washington, has fixed the 6th and 12th days of September, 2011, at seven o'clock p.m., on said day before the said City Council at its meeting place in the Council Chambers in City Hall, City of Othello, Washington, as the time and place for the hearing of said application; That such hearing may be adjourned from time to time by order of said Council, and after such hearing said Council will take such action on September 12, 2011 with reference to said application as the Council shall deem for the public interest.
