NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A CLOSED RECORD PUBLIC HEARING WILL BE HELD September 6, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Hearing Room, Grant County Courthouse, Ephrata, WA regarding a Minor Zone Change application from Guillermo and Elizabeth Cuevas to change a 36.23-acre parcel from Urban Residential 4 and Urban Reserve to Urban Commercial 2, in order to make the Zoning District of the subject parcel consistent with the Comprehensive Plan Land-Use Designation, which was changed as part of the 2006 Comprehensive Plan Amendment process. The site address of the subject parcel is 9252 Hwy. 281 North, Quincy, WA. It is located northwest of the intersection of State Hwy. 281 and Road 9 NW, and in the SE quarter of Section 18, Township 20 North, Range 24 East, WM, Grant County, WA (Parcel #20-0376-000).
