Development) and SEPA Checklist was received on 6/6/11 from Ursula

Panagiotou, 8717 SE 44th Place, Mercer Island, WA 98040, and was

found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be

consistent with the Unified Development Code

Notice is hereby given that a JARPA (Shoreline Substantial Development) and SEPA Checklist was received on 6/6/11 from Ursula Panagiotou, 8717 SE 44th Place, Mercer Island, WA 98040, and was found to be Technically Complete and preliminarily appears to be consistent with the Unified Development Code and other applicable State and local requirements as of 8/8/11. PROJECT: The applicant is proposing to remove existing vegetation and bulkhead of approximately 40' of shoreline and create a "Beach Area" to access the lake. They also propose a 30' x 6' dock. SHORELINE DESIGNATION: Suburban. ADDITIONAL PERMITS: WDFW Hydraulic Approval. STUDIES REQUIRED: None known at this time. LOCATION: The site is 32412 Moore Rd. NE, Coulee City, WA, located on the east Shore of Blue Lake, approximately 8 miles southwest of Coulee City. In a portion of Section 20, Township 24 N, Range 27 E, W.M., Grant County, WA. ZONING: Shoreline Development 3. CONSISTENCY STATEMENT: This proposal is subject to and shall be consistent with Grant County Code, international Building Code, and International Fire Code.
