Moses Lake Ramada earns 'Best of 2011' honor
MOSES LAKE - For the second consecutive year the Moses Lake Ramada was named as one of the top 5 percent of Ramadas worldwide.
Scores from mystery shoppers, guest surveys, hotel occupancy performance, average daily revenues and cleanliness were examined.
The surveys measured the business from the second half of 2010 to the first half of 2011, Ramada General Manager Matthew E. Molitor said this week.
"It's really exciting for us," Molitor said.
He mentioned Roberta Damaske, head housekeeper, for the "fantastic job" she's done.
The breakfast bar, handled by employee Kristi Goss, "has gotten rave reviews," Molitor said.
Brothers Matthew and Tim Molitor run the hotel together. They work for their parents, Pat and Judy Molitor.
The Moses Lake Ramada has been in business since January 2008.
